All sessions are currently conducted online via Zoom or Google Meet. Once our physical offices open, you'll have the option for in-person sessions as well.

We carefully match you with a mentor based on your needs, goals, and interests. If you have a specific preference or aren't satisfied with your match, we'll gladly reassign you.

We understand schedules change. You can reschedule any session with 24 hours notice. Last-minute cancellations may count as a completed session.

We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied after the first session, we'll provide a full refund. After that, partial refunds are available on a case-by-case basis.

Most sessions are one-on-one with the student, but we encourage parent involvement through separate check-ins and can schedule joint sessions when beneficial.

Once you book, we typically match you with a mentor within 3-5 business days and schedule your first session within the same week.

Our mentors are practicing professionals who've navigated Pakistan's education system successfully. We provide personalized, one-on-one attention and understand the unique cultural context of Pakistani families.
